About QC IMMIGRATION
Qiyin Chuah is a qualified Specialist Advocate regulated by the OISC at Level 3.
She graduated from the University of Manchester with an LL.B (Hons) in Law, followed with an LLM in International Business Law. Coming from a corporate law background, she has previously worked with city firms. Her work experience spans across the Asian, American, African and Middle Eastern markets. She has dedicated years of expertise in Immigration and Nationality law with a diverse clientbase.
Qiyin has a proven success with all areas of immigration law and challenging Home Office decisions. She is particularly passionate in advancing human rights issues for family dependents and same-sex partners.
She is multilingual in English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese and Indonesian.
