Yes. You need to obtain an endorsement from organizations like Arts Council England, the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), the British Fashion Council, or the Producers’ Alliance for Cinema and Television (PACT) to apply for a visa. The endorsement application comes with a fee of £456.
