A tailored quote for your case
Every case is different, so we need to understand your circumstances before we give you a tailored quote. After your visa consultation we send your fee in writing, based on what you’ve told us.
It depends on
- Your route and whether you apply from inside or outside the UK
- How many people are applying with you
- Anything that adds work, such as a past refusal, gaps in your history or complex finances
Home Office fees are separate
Application fees and the Immigration Health Surcharge are set by the government and paid to them directly. Work out the total for your route before you speak to us.
Home Office fees go up regularly. If you’re sure of your route, we recommend applying as soon as you’re eligible.

Frequently asked questions
Does the fee include Home Office charges?
No. The application fee, the Immigration Health Surcharge and any priority service are set by the government and paid directly to the Home Office. Your quote lists them separately so you know the full cost.
How is the fee worked out?
It depends on your route, how many people are applying and anything that adds work, such as a past refusal. We understand your circumstances first, then send a tailored quote in writing after your visa consultation, with dependants included.
What if my application is refused?
We review the refusal with you at no charge and tell you whether an appeal, administrative review or fresh application is the better route.
Can you guarantee my visa?
No regulated adviser can guarantee a Home Office decision. We will tell you honestly if we think your application carries a risk, and what would reduce it.
