Before you get in touch
Common questions
Is the enquiry really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the enquiry or the first call, and no obligation. If we take your case on, you get a fixed fee in writing before any work starts.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day for the form and email, usually sooner.
Can I come to the office without an appointment?
Please book first. Advisers are often in meetings or at the tribunal, and booking means the right person is ready for you.
I am outside the UK. Can you still help?
Yes. Most of our clients start their application from abroad. Calls and video consultations run across time zones, and everything can be handled remotely.
Do I need to send documents with my enquiry?
No. Describe your situation and we will tell you what to send. Never post originals until your adviser asks for them.
