I applied for ILR on 10 year long residence, with absences over 540 days (~650 days in total). Ms Hafsah Awan was in charge of preparing my application. Really grateful for everything that Ms Awan offered: She was very approachable, great communication and easily contactable via email (very prompt response, within minutes, during the office hours). I simply handed over all the required supporting documents as advised by Ms Awan, and she prepared everything on my behalf: Cover letter, application form, and communication with the Home Office etc. Received my ILR without any issue ~4 months after my application was submitted (It might have taken longer than it normally would, possibly due to my absences and/or the current COVID-19 situation. It was, however, still within the 6 months period stated by the Home Office). Thank you so much!
