kin + deum is a British family business born from two generations of passion for crafting wholesome, natural, and authentic Thai flavours inspired by the warmth of everyday home cooking. “Kin” means family in English and eat in Thai, while “Deum” means drink. Together, kin + deum is a brand that reflects both heritage and hospitality.
Today, kin + deum is known for its much-loved modern Thai restaurant in London Bridge and a growing range of healthy Thai snacks. Every dish and product celebrate the art of well-being through pure herbs, spices, and fruits. The restaurant that stays true to the heart of Thai culinary tradition while embracing contemporary tastes.
In recent years, kin + deum started to expand, and the company needed to fill two pivotal roles to support its continued growth:
• A Food Development Chef Manager to lead kitchen operations and uphold the brand’s culinary standards.
• A Marketing & Business Growth Manager to shape and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy that would elevate the brand’s presence.
The Challenges
These roles were vital to the company’s growth and to preserve its authentic culinary vision. However, sourcing candidates with the specialist skills, deep industry knowledge, and cultural expertise required was challenging in the UK market.

- Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS): Once the Sponsor Licence was granted, we arranged the CoS and supported the company with all necessary administrative steps.
